ORDERING - Orders may be placed by fax, email, phone, or online. To avoid potential backorders, and when requesting 'special order' products, use the following guidelines:

FREE DELIVERY - In order to conserve resources and provide dependable service, your delivery and service route is assigned to a specific day of the week, based upon your geographic location. Delivery is free when made on your scheduled route day. Customer-Requested Off-Route delivery will be accommodated whenever possible, but will incur a $25 fuel surcharge to cover the additional expense. If you have questions about your route assignment or delivery days, please contact us.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES - Cantu Coffee & Vending will issue an account credit for return requests on any standard product that meets the following conditions:

� Return is requested in writing by original purchaser
� Product was purchased from Cantu Coffee & Vending within the last 30 days
� Product is currently available for sale through Cantu Coffee & Vending
� Product is in its original, unopened packaged and in resalable condition
� Product has a valid expiration date at least 30 days in the future

Cantu Coffee & Vending will honor exchange requests for products of identical description if a product is delivered to client damaged or expired. Special-order products are subject to additional restrictions and will be considered on a case-by-case basis
